MST are delighted to announce the introduction of “manager”, the customer support package for Massey Ferguson Machines.
“Manager” is the most comprehensive manufacturer’s scheme on the market today, providing a customer support package for up to 5 years or 4800 hours.
“Manager” consists of 2 packages:-
I. The Manager Service Contract
2. The Manager Service & Repair Contract
Manager Service Contract
The basic customer support package, which covers all routine maintenance for up to 10,000 hours. Provides the customer with known service costs and the peace of mind that all work is being carried out by skilled MF technicians using genuine parts, backed up with a 12 months parts and labour warranty.
Manager Service & Repair Contract
Provides total care and peace of mind with a full Massey Ferguson backed warranty and preventative maintenance for up to 4800 hours or 5 years Each manager service and repair contract is tailor-made to the customer’s individual machine and provides him with known operating costs.
