For 30 years Stig Hjelmquist, the founder of Stiga, thought about two problems which are still relevant today. Why collect and remove all the grass clippings and then applt artificial fertliserand Why flatten the grass with the wheels and then cut it and FRONT-MOUNTED DECKS are easier to use and maintain.
Stiga has developed a new range of high performance cutting decks. These Combi decks let you choose between Multiclip and rear discharge. The Multiclip systems recycles grass clippings, the grass becomes fertiliser for your lawn. Rear discharge deposits the grass behind the machine, use this method when the grass is long, e.g. after your holiday or by the summerhouse.
To get the perfect cutting result it is necessary to adjust the cutting height in small steps. These decks have continuous electric cutting height adjustment or manual in 6 mm steps.
